We are unable to accept returns or refunds once an item is purchased and delivered. Defects on SIM cards are highly rare. If for any reason that you are unable to activate your sim card on your phone, please try on another phone or on a pocket WIFI device. If you are unsure how to activate your sim card, please check our product page or you can contact the network provider directly and they will be able to help you with any sim card issues.
